Roofing Outreach Representative – $18/hr + Bonuses (No Experience Needed)

Location: Eugene, OR
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $18/hour + performance bonuses ($50 per qualified lead, $150 per closed deal)
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:

  • Visit local neighborhoods and community events (no cold selling!)

  • Talk with homeowners about free roof inspections and maintenance options

  • Hand out flyers and collect contact info for our estimator team

  • Work closely with a small, supportive crew and get paid weekly

  • Friendly, outgoing personality—you enjoy talking to people

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
