Job Description
Job Function:
• Responsible for developing a sales strategy and driving results from that strategy
that meets company goals.
• Forecast sales results, track leading KPIs and lead funnel management process.
• Work closely with senior management to develop growth strategies.
• Participate in the weekly company leadership EOS meetings to fill the sales
accountability chart box
• Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs including new client acquisition
• Build a solid outside sales team, set directions and ensure that team meets or
exceeds sales goals.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive growth opportunities.
• Manage and coach the Sales Team to motivate them to reach monthly goals and
ensure their knowledge and growth.
• Develop training programs to develop and refine the skills of the sales team.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings to ensure sales activities and opportunities are
within compliance of company policies and procedures.
• Manage sales quotas by reviewing sales opportunity history and forecasts.
• Establish and manage commission rates and incentives for the Sales Team
• Ensure that the sales team follows sales processes and keep good records in
ConnectWise.
• Run weekly Sales EOS Level 10 meetings with sales team and review activities and opportunities and sales pipeline.
• Work with department management and leadership to determine price schedules
and discount rates; communicate this effectively to the Sales Team.
• Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.
• Create, maintain and enforce standards/procedures for daily activities.
• Regularly document internal processes and procedures related to duties and
responsibilities.
• Conduct performance evaluations of sales team members.
• Review and approve the Sales Team’s time and expense sheets in ConnectWise.
• Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.
• Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials
and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Marketing strategy and development with outside marketing resource
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
• BA/BS, preferably in sales and marketing, advertising, business administration or a
related field.
• Experience with MSP services and EOS is a huge plus
• Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships
• 5+ year of sales experience in business-to-business sales
• Strong communication skills
