Job Title: Screen Printer
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Hours: 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri
Start Date: November 17, 2025

As a Screen Printer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality printing operations, directly contributing to product excellence. You’ll work closely with the engineering staff to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for:
  • Burning customer-supplied artwork onto pre-emulsified screens according to requirements.
  • Installing framed silk screens onto the printer and adjusting holding fixtures to ensure precise printing.
  • Maintaining and repairing printing equipment, including cleaning ink off screens post-usage to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Collaborating with the engineering staff to acquire necessary artwork and files for screen preparation.
  • Assisting in the Paint Line or other production areas as needed based on workload volume.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds and performing mobility tasks, including standing, walking, reaching, and bending, to fulfill production demands.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in screen printing and working with sheet metal.
  • A strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and repair.
