Must be between ages of 21 and 25 to be considered

Job Title: Secret Shopper
Pay: $22 per hour (Plus Mileage)
Hours: 2-day project (weekdays)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Secret Shopper, you'll play a crucial role in supporting community safety initiatives by discreetly inspecting retail and service establishments. Your insights will help ensure businesses follow safety protocols, creating a secure environment for residents and visitors alike. Working closely with our team, you'll provide detailed reports that truly make a difference in Auburn’s community safety efforts.

What You’ll Do


As a Secret Shopper, you will be responsible for:
  • Driving to assigned inspection locations using your own vehicle, following the provided routes and schedules.
  • Presenting your Visit List and valid ID at each site to verify compliance.
  • Checking in before each shift via our secure online platform or phone system.
  • Accurately documenting visit details and submitting reports promptly.
  • Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a service-oriented attitude throughout all interactions.

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
