Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key leadership role within the marketing department, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives. This individual helps the Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing operations, assists with team execution, and collaborates across departments to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. This position is designed for a dynamic professional with leadership experience and strategic insight.

Knowledge / Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5-8 years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign management and team coordination.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide marketing staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Expertise in HubSpot, including CRM training and optimization, automation workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for content collaboration preferred.
Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) preferred.
Experience using ZoomInfo or related tools for lead generation and enrichment, Interlynx for channel reporting, and Lead Forensics for lead tracking preferred.
Understanding of SEO/SEM fundamentals; knowledge of SEMrush or related tools a plus.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
Ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies in both written and verbal form.

Essential Functions
Lead Marketing Automation and CRM Management:
Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, overseeing CRM data integrity, campaign automation, workflows, sequences, and KPI dashboards. Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure effective lead tracking, lifecycle management, and ongoing system optimization.
Integrated Campaign Execution:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Business Development to launch and monitor inbound and outbound campaigns across digital channels. Create email sequences, nurture tracks, and content assets that align with sales objectives and brand messaging.
Analytics and Reporting:
Compile and analyze data from multiple marketing channels to produce monthly marketing communication (MarComm) reports and leadership updates. Identify performance trends and recommend optimization strategies.
Market Research and Lead Development:
Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Sales and Business Development teams to define target audiences and conduct lead research using platforms such as ZoomInfo and Interlynx. Manage data enrichment, segmentation, and monthly performance reporting.
Content and Social Strategy:
Oversee social media scheduling, paid ad campaigns, and content creation in coordination with designers and external partners. Ensure brand consistency and effective engagement across platforms.
SEO and Web Optimization:
Support website performance initiatives through keyword research, metadata enhancements, and analytics tracking. Leverage insights from SEMrush or similar tools to improve organic visibility.

Assist Marketing Manager in reviewing creative content, and ensuring adherence to timelines and brand standards. Support the Marketing Manager with project delegation and departmental planning.

Collaborate with internal departments – Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, Product Management - to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives and organizational goals. Participate in strategic planning and new product launch activities.
