As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting critical financial operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping. You’ll work closely with the accounting team to deliver results that help the organization succeed.


What You’ll Do:
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for:
  • Support critical financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping for the organization.
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely recording of all transactions.
  • Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the general ledger.
  • Execute month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and financial schedules.
  • Assist with internal reporting and provide necessary documentation for audits or reviews.
  • Investigate financial discrepancies to improve internal workflows and accuracy.
  • Partner with team members on special projects and organizational initiatives.


What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Foundational knowledge of accounting principles through coursework, internships, or prior experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically using formulas and lookups.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage (preferred).
  • A reliable and eager-to-learn attitude within a team-oriented environment.
