Stamping Press Operator - 2nd Shift
Location: Valley View, OH 
Pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 4:15 PM–2:45 AM
Pay Frequency: Weekly pay
Start Date: ASAP

Alliance Industrial is hiring Stamping Press Operators for a manufacturing company in Valley View, OH. Candidates must have previous stamping press operation experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

This position is a good fit for someone with hands-on press operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate stamping presses ranging from 20 to 400 tons
  • Safely install tooling and verify proper alignment before production
  • Operate presses according to safety procedures and company standards
  • Document production output accurately and maintain required records
  • Use calipers, gauges, micrometers, or similar tools to inspect parts
  • Troubleshoot equipment or part issues and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Assist with basic maintenance and minor equipment repairs as needed
  • Work overtime when required to meet production needs
Requirements
  • Previous stamping press operation experience required
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine setup and operation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and good attendance
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Experience using calipers, gauges, micrometers, or similar measuring tools preferred
