  • Performing routine inspections and troubleshooting equipment issues promptly.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating punch presses or related equipment in manufacturing.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills for equipment adjustments and repairs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for all shifts.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential for 2nd shift roles.
