Seasonal 2nd Shift Assembler - Urgently hiring in Rochester!
Job Title: Assembly Operator I
Pay: $19/hr + $2 shift differential = $21!
Hours: 4:30pm - 1am (Monday-Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

As an Assembly Operator, you'll be involved in assembling medical devices and components in a clean room setting. Your attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and teamwork will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do as a 2nd Shift Assembly Operator:
  • Follow detailed assembly procedures and instructions to assemble medical products
  • Conduct visual and microscopic in-process inspections as well as final quality checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards
  • Record and complete necessary documentation accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and address any quality issues
  • Assist with packaging and labeling final products, preparing them for shipment

What You'll Bring the ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
  • Ability to accurately count and measure with tools such as a ruler
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and understanding English
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the team
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds comfortably

Location & Schedule
This is an on-site position in Rochester. It is a temporary, full-time role working Monday through Friday from 4:30pm to 1am.
