As a Temporary Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team by handling phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and making outgoing calls. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Operations departments to ensure smooth communication and support.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Making and receiving phone calls to support service and customer inquiries
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Sales and Operations teams as needed

  • Experience in customer service and/or administrative duties in a professional environment
  • Help Desk - Level 1 and Customer Service skills
