Job Description


Job Title: Digital Finishing Technician
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 hourly
Work Schedule: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm 
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Digital Finishing Technician for a temporary opportunity with our client, a local fulfillment and distribution company! The Digital Finishing Technician will be responsible to support the digital production team and focuses on finishing and bindery. As a Digital Finishing Technician you’ll operate equipment, cut and finish printed materials, and ensure jobs meet quality and deadlines.

Bindery Machine Operator job duties:
  • Run and maintain UV coaters (Graphic Whizard & Epic 18)
  • Cut sheets to final size using programmable guillotine cutters
  • Operate bindery equipment (Plockmatic booklet maker, Duplo scoring)
  • Follow job tickets and maintain consistent quality control
  • Assist with paper and supply handling (forklift use)
  • Work in a warehouse-style environment with seasonal temperature changes

 
Bindery Machine Operator job requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year printing or bindery experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred (training available)
  • Must be able to speak and read English (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
  • Mechanically inclined and able to lift 50+ lbs
