Looking for a role that includes Customer Service management work with a great local company? We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support team in a fast-
paced wholesale gift manufacturing environment in Springfield Oregon.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will bring strong leadership, a passion for customer service with a belief that every interaction is an opportunity.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Team Leadership
- Â Recruit, train, and mentor customer service staff
- Â Create and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Â Foster a high-performance team culture focused on results and customer satisfaction
- Â Keep team current on all product offerings
- Â Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Â Manage key accounts, including customer portals and vendor compliance requirements
- Â Deliver exceptional support by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring resolutions
- Â Maintain and update customer mailing lists monthly
- Â Communicate proactively with customers about order status and any delays
- Â Oversee daily sales and customer service operations
- Â Oversee order entry, customer service calls, and data input in Sage Intacct
- Â Maintain and share updates from the Customer Issues Log
- Â Develop and present sales reports and performance metrics to upper management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and streamline processes
- Â Assist in planning and executing trade shows and events
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Â Serve as Customer Service/Operations contact for Key Accounts and Custom Product

- Â Monitor and manage inbound leads from email, phone, e-commerce, and B2B platforms
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Â Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service management role within a manufacturing company, preferably in the gift industry
- Â Proven ability to work effectively with outside sales representatives
- Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Â Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Â Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)/ Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems a plus
- Â Strong mathematical and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and develop strategic plans
- Â Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
- Â Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Â Managerial or team leadership experience
- Â Deep product and gift industry knowledge
- Â Customer-focused mindset with commitment to building long-term relationships
- Â Skilled at multitasking and managing competing priorities
- Â Ability to navigate complex customer portals and compliance requirements
- Â Experience preventing charge backs through proactive vendor compliance management

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Springfield, OR, and offers Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shifts.
