Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 hour DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Looking for a role that includes Customer Service management work with a great local company? We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support team in a fast-
paced wholesale gift manufacturing environment in Springfield Oregon.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will bring strong leadership, a passion for customer service with a belief that every interaction is an opportunity.

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

Team Leadership
  •  Recruit, train, and mentor customer service staff
  •  Create and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  •  Foster a high-performance team culture focused on results and customer satisfaction
  •  Keep team current on all product offerings
Customer Relationship Management
  •  Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
  •  Manage key accounts, including customer portals and vendor compliance requirements
  •  Deliver exceptional support by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring resolutions
  •  Maintain and update customer mailing lists monthly
  •  Communicate proactively with customers about order status and any delays
Operations and Reporting
  •  Oversee daily sales and customer service operations
  •  Oversee order entry, customer service calls, and data input in Sage Intacct
  •  Maintain and share updates from the Customer Issues Log
  •  Develop and present sales reports and performance metrics to upper management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and streamline processes
  •  Assist in planning and executing trade shows and events
Sales Strategy and Growth
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
  •  Serve as Customer Service/Operations contact for Key Accounts and Custom Product

  •  Monitor and manage inbound leads from email, phone, e-commerce, and B2B platforms

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service management role within a manufacturing company, preferably in the gift industry
  •  Proven ability to work effectively with outside sales representatives
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)/ Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems a plus
  •  Strong mathematical and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and develop strategic plans
  •  Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
  •  Managerial or team leadership experience
  •  Deep product and gift industry knowledge
  •  Customer-focused mindset with commitment to building long-term relationships
  •  Skilled at multitasking and managing competing priorities
  •  Ability to navigate complex customer portals and compliance requirements
  •  Experience preventing charge backs through proactive vendor compliance management

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Springfield, OR, and offers Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shifts.
