Job Title: Packaging and Production Helper
Pay: $18–$19/hour (based on performance)
Hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (may flex on end time during busy periods; off Saturday & Tuesday)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temp-to-hire

As a Packaging and Production Helper, you’ll ensure products are packaged accurately and efficiently while supporting production flow and maintaining quality standards. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver consistent, sellable products.
What You’ll Do:
As a Packaging and Production Helper, you will be responsible for:

  • Lifting, moving, and organizing trays of bread and rolls throughout the day (trays up to 10 lbs)

  • Tagging and packaging bread accurately according to production schedules (tags correspond to a 6-day shelf life)

  • Performing quality checks to ensure products are sellable

  • Assisting with machine setup, bagging, and tying individual products as needed

  • Bending, stretching, and forming rolls during production

  • Supporting cross-training and team-based tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a teamwork mindset

  • Physical Abilities: Upper body strength for repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching above shoulder level; able to work at a fast pace for extended periods

  • Personal Traits: Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to take on various tasks
