Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler (Direct Hire)
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role with long-term stability? Join a well-established manufacturing company as a Warehouse Material Handler in Dover, NH, and play an essential part in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you’ll support production and warehouse flow, manage materials, and ensure accurate and timely movement of goods. You’ll work closely with the production and shipping teams to keep operations organized, efficient, and safe.
What You’ll Do:
As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking and packing finished goods using pick tickets to select specific items and quantities

  • Performing production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, and sorting

  • Moving product and inventory using a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) and/or Power Pallet Jack

  • Using the ERP system to verify raw material needs

  • Picking raw materials for sheeting operations

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Assisting with shipping and sheeting duties once trained

  • Moving materials and finished goods between the warehouse, receiving area, and manufacturing facility

  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by supervision
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant warehouse or material handling experience

  • Ability to understand and follow basic written and verbal instructions

  • Strong communication skills across multiple levels of the organization

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination

  • Ability to concentrate while performing repetitive tasks

  • Ability to work quickly, methodically, and safely

  • Valid driver’s license

Potential Additional Requirements (pending confirmation):

  • Current DOT Medical Card for box truck operation (can be obtained quickly if needed)

  • Annual driving record submission
Training & Certifications (Provided by Employer):

  • Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) certification

  • Power Pallet Jack certification
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to use hands to handle or feel materials

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Clear visual acuity for computer and paperwork tasks

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, push, and pull frequently

  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity due to warehouse conditions
Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Must pass a background check (approx. two-week turnaround):

  • SSN name and trace

  • Federal search

  • County/State search

  • Sex offender registry search

  • Violent and theft-related offenses are disqualifiers

  • Must pass a drug screen

  • References may be required (pending confirmation)
